Discovery:

MK-677 was first developed in the year 1995. Merck develops MK-667 in the United States of America

2. Obesity Treatment Clinical Trial:

According to the results of the clinical trial it was reported:

• Levels of serum insulin-like growth factors increased about 40%
• Levels of serum Insulin growth factor 1 proteins also increased
• Fat-free muscle mass significantly increased
